Returns and Refund Eligibility

General Eligibility

Refunds or returns are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (orders exceeding a quantity of three or more cases), you must return the goods in their entirety before a refund can be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Custom or personalized labels, unless defective or damaged.
Items not in their original condition or packaging.
Items returned more than 61 days after delivery.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email us at sales@primelabel.co to initiate a return or refund.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s), if applicable.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.
For bulk orders, you are responsible for returning all items in the original order.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Use the shipping label provided by us or a method of your choice. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to our error.

Refunds

Timing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
You will be notified once the refund is issued.

Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Bulk Order Refunds

For bulk orders, refunds will only be processed once all items in the order are returned and inspected.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
